Through our website we process only the information you submit via the contact form: your name, corporate email address, phone number, and the message describing your request. This information is provided by you at the time you complete the form.

Data submitted through the contact form is transmitted, only to the extent technically necessary, via the email service provider Web3Forms. Once your request has been concluded, the data is deleted from that provider's systems.

The submitted information is processed solely to evaluate your request, to respond to you, and to plan services within the scope of a potential business relationship. Processing is carried out under Article 5 of KVKK on the basis of your explicit consent, the necessity of processing for the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests.
